Behind the Grid
The Grid, to us, is the default path. The safe brief, the predictable campaign, the strategy that looks fine on paper but doesn't move anything. We started Not On Grid because we wanted to do things differently, and we had the background to back it up.
Before this, we spent years working inside the music industry with artists, labels, and cultural brands and marketing agencies from clients around various industries. That world taught us something most marketing teams miss: people don't connect with brands that play it safe. They connect with brands that have something real to say.
